Privacy: We respect your right to privacy. We do not sell or disclose in any way or publish any information you provide to us as a customer of Pacific Sales & Service, including your e-mail address or any other contact information. However, we may from time to time send you unsolicited e-mails promoting our products or services.

Credit Cards: When you make purchases with Pacific Sales & Service your credit card information is not retained. However, if there is any proven misuse of your credit-card information resulting from your transactions with Pacific Sales & Service, we will reimburse you up to a maximum of $50.00 total for all such misuse. (Under Federal law, a credit card company cannot charge you more than $50.00 for an unauthorized charge.)

Personal & Business Checks: We accept personal and business checks for delivery orders only. All shipped orders must be paid by credit card prior to shipping.

C.O.D. Shipments: If you wish to place a C.O.D. order please telephone our office. There will be a $9.50 UPS C.O.D. charge in addition to any shipping cost. Your payment must be made by Cashier's Check or Money order only; UPS does not accept cash.

Shipping: Most orders are shipped the day received, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time or on the weekend will usually be shipped the following business day. All orders are shipped UPS Ground. Please call the office for expedited shipping. The minimum shipping charge is $7.50, which we will waive if your order qualifies for Free Shipping (see below). We will ship all orders valued at more than $100 with an insured value equaling the invoice total. The insurance costs will be included in your shipping charges.

Delivery: Not all customers are eligible for delivery. Only those who have been contacted by us may use this service. If delivery is selected we will bring your order during our scheduled visit time only. We will not deliver to a personal residence unless that is the place of business. If you are not sure if you qualify for delivery you may call or email us.

Sales Tax: Sales tax will be charged to all clients in the state of Washington. Clients that whish to take care of the sales tax themselves or are reselling the items must have a valid UBI# and a current Washington State Resale certificate on file with us. You may get a blank resale certificate from Pacific Sales & Service. After completing the form please fax, mail, or scan and e-mail your signed copy back to us. We can not exempt you from tax until this is received. There are no exceptions! All shipments shipped outside of Washington are exempt from Washington state sales tax. If your order is delivered by us out of Washington you may be responsible for your local tax if applicable.

Free Shipping: Free delivery to most of Western Washington. This does not include UPS. For Washington and Oregon commercial businesses orders totaling $150 or more qualify for free shipping. (Excludes oversized items)
Within Continental US only - If your invoice total exceeds $300, not including sales tax and excluded items listed below, we will pay HALF the shipping charge. If your invoice total exceeds $600, not including sales tax and excluded items listed below, we will pay ALL the shipping charge. Excluded items include all dryers, tables, cages, pet tubs and other grooming equipment as well as any item to be shipped via motor freight.

Returns: You may return any item, unless otherwise listed below, within 30 days for a full refund (not including shipping) if you return it in new, saleable condition and in the original packaging, otherwise a 20% restocking fee will apply. You must pay for the return shipping. Close out items, assembled cages, muzzles that have been used, and scissors, thinners and blades with broken teeth or have been sharpened may not be returned. Special order items may be returned for store credit only.

Return check fee is $25. Any returned checks will result in a cash account, certified check or money order.
